Basketeer has been one of my go-to plugs for handcrafted hampers, baskets, and flowery gifts since 2023, though the company itself opened a decade ago.
Such patronage is largely down to promptness and reliability. I’ve booked their same-day and express delivery, and both are yet to miss, with refrigerated EV trucks keeping the flowers fresh during transit.
The service is just as fast and dependable, especially for customers who are no experts in picking or budgeting. And with live tracking/updates, you can call them pronto if something seems dodgy (also applies to international customers).

The ordering system and payment options get the same praise. Their platform is user-friendly on mobile and desktop alike, and the payment methods are generally secured (e.g., credit card, PayPal, and Apple Pay).

The difficult part is choosing what to ship, since the options for flowers alone go beyond 10. I mean, they have Lego and crochet sets alongside gerberas, carnations, roses, tulips, and more.
You’ll also pay a cheaper bill than at most spots. Most arrangements are less than 1,000 THB ($31), with the lowest being 249 THB ($8).
It’s not all rainbows, though. For one, some interviewees moaned about the customer service, saying they encountered unfriendly reps.
Another recurring complaint we heard is that Portico doesn’t answer the phone right away, and sometimes, sorting out issues lasts hours.
