HappyBox truly lives up to its name by delivering beautifully boxed gifts that can make anyone happy. It’s our go-to shop when we want to buy gifts for our friends who have a sweet tooth.
We received their berries box from a relative and fell absolutely in love with the combination of fresh, juicy strawberries and their rich, creamy chocolate coating.
They also come in a beautiful box that has a gold logo of the shop. Each of the berries are arranged meticulously and have a very aesthetically pleasing visual.
With the quality of the product and packaging that they’re providing, we can say that they offer reasonably priced gifts. Starting at AED 69, their berries are worth every cent you pay.
Their delivery service is also quite fast. They’re able to deliver the gifts within an hour or two, so they’re perfect for those in a rush.

One thing we weren’t happy about, though, is how hard it is to contact them at times. We had to ring them up a few times before someone picked up and assisted us.
Their product list is also quite limited compared to the other shops in this list. Aside from their berries, the only products they have are flowers and chocs and pops like eclairs and cake pops.
The other shops have balloons, plants, teddy bears, and perfumes. Adding these options can give the customers an opportunity to make their gifts more personal and tailored to the recipient’s preferences.

Offering stylish and delicious gifts, BloomingBox is one of the best shops to contact when you want to gift cakes and flowers to your loved ones. They offer a wide variety of cakes, including vanilla berries, lotus, Ferrero Rocher, Malteser, and KitKat.
We especially liked the Ferrero cakes among all of their flavors. It was moist and fluffy with the perfect amount of sweetness.
Their flowers, on the other hand, have a very luxurious and elegant arrangement that looks way more expensive than what you pay for. They use a chic round container and solid-colored bouquet wraps for their flowers, giving them a simple yet stylish look.
Another thing we love about them is they offer free standard delivery for orders above AED 150 and free standard and priority delivery in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for orders above AED 300.
They have a same-day delivery option, but they have specific cut-offs and time slots depending on the type of delivery and city you’re ordering from. Based on our experience, deliveries are often made within a couple of hours.
That said, it’s important to note that there are many things that may happen during the delivery that are out of the carrier’s control. As such, there have been some complaints about late deliveries.
One thing we wish they could improve is their customer service. They sometimes inform customers about the unavailability of the product at the last minute, making it hard for the customers to arrange and select a new gift that can arrive on time.

One thing we didn’t like about the shop, however, is its 99 AED minimum order requirement. This forces customers to buy more than what they want and makes the shop unsuitable for people with budget constraints.

What stood out to us the most about this shop is their midnight delivery option that offers to deliver gifts from around 11:30 PM to 12:30 AM. This is perfect for those who want to wish their friends a happy birthday at 12:00 AM.
There’s also a fixed-time delivery option that allows customers to surprise their loved ones at a specific time.
We also love that they can deliver outside of the UAE. This is particularly important for people with loved ones and friends outside the country.
We’re just a bit disappointed that the flowers are sometimes not as fresh. We’ve ordered thrice from them, and some of the white flowers we got on our last order already have a yellow tint, indicating that they’re quite old.

We also love the midnight delivery option, which lets you be the first person to send a gift to a loved one, no matter where you are on the globe. They can deliver your gift from around 11:30 PM to 12:30 AM if you specify it when ordering.
Their same-day delivery option is also quite quick. They usually deliver the gifts to the recipient’s door within 2 to 3 hours as long as the order is made before 4:00 PM.
The only issues were the occasional mix-up in gift deliveries and the few times when the flower arrangements didn’t quite match the ones shown on their website.
Although they were able to deliver what we wanted, some customers have complained about the shop delivering the wrong orders to the recipient. This can be a huge problem, especially if the gift has a special meaning for the customer and the recipient.
